Managing Anxiety While Developing Your Psychic Abilities: Tips and Resources, Including “Calm and Free” Video Course
When you’re developing your psychic abilities, it’s natural to have some anxiety.
It stems from stepping into the unknown, doubting your psychic gift, and fear of not knowing what to do in unfamiliar situations that may arise. You might even be confused on if what you’re feeling is your intuition or anxiety. This is very common, and you are not alone in feeling this way.
If you’re feeling anxiety about developing your psychic gifts, I understand. I was in your exact same shoes. My anxiety didn’t start to go away until I started working with my mentor who gave me validation and encouragement on my psychic development journey.
This is why it’s important to have a Psychic Medium Mentor who can support and guide you, help calm your anxiety, and validate your experiences while you’re developing your psychic abilities.
To help decrease your anxiety, I go through breathwork exercises in my 90-Day Group Psychic Development Mentorship Program. However, if you’re having prolonged anxiety, whether it’s from developing your psychic gifts or from life in general, I’ve found an amazing resource to help you with this.

What is anxiety?
Anxiety is when you worry too much about things in the future or ruminate on things you can’t change from the past. It’s when your mind is “busy.”
Anxiety is a natural part of the human experience. It occurs when your imagination puts thoughts and pictures in your mind of bad things happening to you that evoke a fear response in your body. It’s most often connected to past emotions or experiences. It occurs when your body reacts as though there is a real and immediate threat causing you to be afraid of something when there may not be a real threat at all.
Anxiety produces horrific thoughts and images in your mind of things that could happen in your future but have a low chance of occurring. It can come at any time and is hard to ignore. It evokes the fight or flight response inside of you. When your head is full of worries, it clouds your intuition.
Fears that cause anxiety are the “What ifs”:
“What if I fail?”
“What if something bad happens?”
“What if I never meet anyone?”
“What if I make the wrong decision?”
Because these “what if” scenarios repeat over and over in your mind, your brain tells you to stay in your comfort zone, to keep being afraid of the unknown, and ultimately not to grow. It presents the world as scary and it wants you to keep with what you know and not go outside of that, so that you stay safe and protected and never change.
Anxiety can show up in many ways in your life and you may not even be aware of how it’s affecting you:
It can present itself as procrastination, self-doubt, a lack of focus, and low energy levels.
It can make you feel restless, irritable, and tense.
It affects your sleep, makes you indulge in unhealthy habits, and can hold you back from having fulfillment in your life.
Physical symptoms of anxiety: headaches, nausea, shortness of breath, shakiness, stomach pain, a racing heartbeat, dread, tightness in your chest.

How the “Calm and Free” video mini course is different than other things you’ve tried:
If your anxiety is extreme, you might have tried other things before. Perhaps you tried therapy but discovered it’s expensive, time-consuming, and involves a lot of talking.
Maybe you’ve tried medications but gave them up due to side effects and the dependency risk.
Maybe you’ve tried free guided meditations but you weren’t happy with their results.
That’s where this course is different.
There are over 100 types of meditations so it’s important to find one for your unique needs and personality. Even if you’re thinking you can’t meditate or you’re not good at it, this mini course is for you because you’re not just learning meditation.
Since anxiety is a complex problem, meditation alone is not enough to conquer it. It is key to your transformation, but other techniques and tools are needed such as specific personal growth tools and mindful practices.
And if you stick with this course and it’s helping, the great thing is that Giovanni offers more courses to continue building your skillset. And he also offers an affiliate marketing program, so if you’re really enjoying his courses like I am, there’s potential to make passive income by marketing his brand.
